🦋Introduction:
꒰(˶• ᴗ •˶)꒱Hiya, fellow duelists! Been a tad busy, but that won't stop me from at least getting to Master V at the end of the month! Since this run was late, the forbidden list was updated once again, and it actually did address Striker this time around!
🦋How Might Striker Adjust?
- Radiant Typhoon Vision -> 1, Fallen & the Virtuous -> 2
- Certainly sucks for Striker to lose another copy of Vision! The draw power and backrow removal is undeniable, as well as fueling the GY with Spells for our enhanced Striker spells.
- I think if you previously didn't have space for these other cards, consider running extra copies of Upstart Goblin, Pot of Desires, Hornet Drones, and maybe even Cyanos; something to boost consistency. Some players will probably take out MST as well, which will free up space too.
- F&V being semi-limited was not much of a surprise since it was a pretty divisive card. For Striker specifically, it functioned as a recyclable and very versatile boardbreaker that can also destroy your own cards, both for dodging targeting negations and setting up your enhanced Striker spells while also lightening the load for Zero when against Field/Continuous spell and ignition cards.
- In terms of boardbreakers, maybe the extra space can be used for Forbidden Crown, Forbidden Droplet, and a really interesting card: Pot of Sloth! These hits can give Striker a tougher shot going first (Striker boards already aren't autowin unless you have very ideal draws), so be cautious when running Sloth. It's undeniably an excellent card going second, though. Hand-traps like Ghost Belle and maybe even Ghost Ogre (I heard Ogre will be pretty handy once the next decks release in Master Duel) are also not too shabby!
- If you were someone like me who ran another Albaz Fusion such as Dogma or perhaps another Albion, then it'll free up the extra deck space.

- Might be a bit too daring a choice with Elfnote and pseudo-FTKs around, but you could also opt to go straight blind second, making full use of Mulcharmies, Triple Tactics cards, and Pot of Sloth! I might explore that in the Duelist Cup, since it sounds pretty fun!
