M1 Millennium/Zoodiac/Fiendsmith — Season 57

Crossout Designator is not a good replacement for CBTG in this deck because your multiple engines play well through handtrap disruption, except for Maxx "C" or Fuwalos. In those cases, you pivot to Exodia and hope for the best.

Zoo cards are amazing starters for this deck. Any Zoo card can access Sengenjin through Broadbull. Millennium cannot bridge into Zoo, you need to open Zoo cards to take advantage of the engine. I suggest playing as many Zoo cards as possible. I crafted the 3rd Zoodiac Barrage and cut Shield to 1. You have 9 cards to access Zoodiac: 2 Rat, 3 Ram, 3 Barrage, and 1 Tenki.

Any Zoo card can reach the endboard of 5 disruptions + 2 additional interactions, depending on the hand. They provide a strong one-card combo without additional bricks.

Still, the Extra Deck is extremely tight, and that is the main disadvantage. You really would like to add Zoodiac Boarbow, Divine Zeus, FS Lacrima (Fusion), and a 2nd Doomed Dragon, but it is what it is.

I think this Extra Deck is the most optimal, but YMMV depending on the different hands you open, and you can make some changes.

Basic endboard interactions with any Zoodiac starter:

• Exodia Spell Negate
• Exxod, Fires of Rage board wipe
• Desirae Field Negate
• Azurune Summon Negate
• Divine Dragon Knight Felgrand Monster Negate

Additional interactions depending on opening hand:

• Heart of Gaia Monster Negate
• Heart of the Blue-Eyes (send a Level 8+ monster to the GY)

Bricks and Consistency

Even while reducing the brick rate to the minimum, 7 bricks is still high. This is just: (5 Exodia pieces, 1 Exxod Trap, and 1 Azurune Trap)

• 27 starters (13 Millennium, 5 FS, and 9 Zoodiac).
• 25 htraps
• 1 Gaia
• 7 bricks

Here are the opening rates:

• 95.65% — 1 starter
• 75.42% — 2 starters
• 70.09% — 2 handtraps
• 47.46% — 1 brick
• 9.92% — 2 bricks

There are 3 Millennium/FS variants viable for this deck, with similar winrates and ratios. Each has its own advantages/disadvantages, so you can give them a try, or maybe you can discover the ultimate new version with another idea, which is always welcome.
