Back to the OG. It's been a good 3 years but the boys are back. The deck is fun, but I'm not going to lie, it was a bit more fun when the format was slower and I could afford to play DPE, bystials, and adventure bricks.
By far the most satisfying games were against elf notes, ophion is extremely ethical against that deck and feels amazing every-time. I liked nightmare, some people play the exo-sister one, but this generally feels more annoying to face, especially when backed by a Dark Requiem.
I found this to be the optimal ratio of engine + non-engine. No stain greaves because with this engine ratio, you shouldn't need it. Considered running penestag to deal with branded, they put everything in defence and this makes it easy to otk with arc, but I valued the umbrage veil + typhon interaction slightly more.
A slighty risker play in tandem with nightmare + ophion is to rank up into heavenly first, pop 1-2, then go into nightmare, instead of blanket going into nightmare (same idea with ophion).
