Notes & Combos

Haven't climbed in a while so I had to start in gold.

32-9 in Diamond, mainly lost to Maxx "C", Droll and going second against Maliss, though for a few I just outright misplayed, probably at least 3 were winnable.

The deck is just incredible, it plays so well into boards and handtraps, and when it full combos it never loses. The plays into fuwalos are really great, with Aron putting up all Mitsu backrow and I:P while giving the opponent 2 draws. Maxx "C" plays were also pretty ok. The Mitsu Ryzeal matchup was free, they can't break the board at all and the follow up of this deck is just unbeatable, going second into them you can play really well into it, one breaker typically means you win unless they draw Droll or Maxx "C".

I chose not to run Ash because it feels so useless as a handtrap in the format, it just does nothing into Maliss and playing 51 means I just don't see it enough to negate Maxx "C", as this deck plays really well into Fuwa. I didn't run Maxx "C" because... I didn't, I don't have a good reason.

Chain Coils didn't come up much, though that's probably becuase Apollousa is legal and is very is to make. Speaking of, Apollousa is just so busted man, it makes the enboard just impossible to break, as well the deck can easily just make Apollousa before doing the Misturugi combo.

I liked having Wousu and Magatama in the deck, helped going second and improved the endboard. All the extra came up, maybe I'd swap out Chain Coils for Access Code but I don't think it would come up much.
