Notes & Combos

I normally play off-meta decks casually, so this is my first time even hitting Master V. This list went on a 13 game winstreak through Diamond, lost 2 in a row in Diamond 1 to perfect counter hands, then won 4 straight to hit Master.

This deck is legitimately solid. There are 9 1 card starters for your tistina combo, the continuous spell is a 1.5 card starter, the millennium engine + miasma dragon in hand gets you a photon lord + starts your tistina combo (set miasma with wedju, send for snake-eyes doomed dragon). Worst case the millennium engine could potentially mill one of the 6 tistina names with zombie vamp that get you to combo.

Going first end boards are:

Prio on super dora-- this card is harder to out than varudras, but many times you can make 2 rank 10s turn 1 so you make both. Many times I ended on 2 rank 10s + I:P, which can turn into little knight or goddess on opp turn. In my Master V game I played against mitsu and goddess outed his murakumo, negated his prayers, and was unaffected by ty-phon. Rarely used but pretty cool.

Obviously if you have millennium you make photon lord if you have combo, or pray with zombie vampire. I very rarely bricked. Tokusano loses to droll or ash but I think it's a necessary evil in this deck. That it can send from hand or field makes it more flexible than other +0 draw spells.

This deck goes second well. Both the tistina engine and the millennium engine function as board breakers with doomed dragon and field spell. Handtrap lineup is standard for the current meta. Talent is just a broken card but 3 bricks. Called by crossout op vs standard handtraps.

Extra deck is relatively tight. Only swaps I can think of are the rank 3s because they rarely come up, but they're nice to have because you play some 3s.
