Notes & Combos
This month's Mikanko pile!
The usual endboard:
- A Bao (non-target destroy)
- Desirae (non-target negate)
- Mikanko Spiritwalk (target equip a monster to Hu-Li)
- Argostar Slayer Eteo (non-target return to hand)
- Argostar field spell (negate a face-up card, twice but it's a trigger not quick effect)
- Argostar Adra hand effect (non-target reduce monster attack to 0)
Extra interruptions sometimes:
- Mikanko Ohime with Rondo in GY (non-target steal a monster)
- Sky Striker Zero (non-target destroy)
Sky Striker is an engine with 8-9 cards in main deck and 2 in extra deck that offers 6 starters to make Isolde or any Rank 4 without normal summoning, and one starter that requires your normal summon, with only one brick (Roze). Compared to Goblin Biker, it is lower ceiling since Goblin Biker can summon Invoker which bridges into Argostar before making Isolde but SS has much fewer bricks.
Argostar Adra is the ideal normal summon and a target for invoker which offers very strong small boards into Maxx C and Fuwalos.
Fiendsmith is hard to exclude even though it demands so much ED space with the resilience to droll, adding Desirae + A Bao to endboard, and any 2 monsters being able to bridge into it.
Speaking of bridging, Fiendsmith does not bridge into anything here but all of the other engines can bridge into each other since they can either make Isolde or make Invoker.
