Prerequisites

  • A registered Konami ID linked to your master duel game
  • Must login to Yu-Gi-Oh! Cards DB using the same Konami ID
  • If the Yu-Gi-Oh! DB website asks to login with Game Card ID just click "I don't have a game card ID" and fill some basic information to proceed

Export Guide

- Via the MDM extension (Recommended): Download on Firefox, or Chromium Browsers
For Chromium browsers (Chrome/Edge/Opera/Brave...etc) just click "Add to chrome" on the store page and it'll work on most if not all chromium browsers.
After using the extension, go to the Master Duel game => Main menu => Deck option => The Card database option at the top right corner => locate the deck you exported and copy it

  1. Click here to copy the export code
    2.
  2. Go to Yu-Gi-Oh! Cards DB and click My Deck => Add a Deck
  3. Once the deck page loads click Edit then do one of the following based on the platform your device is running:
    • (PC Only): Press F12 to open the DevTools window => Navigate to the Console tab in the window => Paste the export code => Hit Enter
    • OR (Other platforms/PC): In the address bar of the current tab remove the URL and type "javascript:" without the quotations then paste the export code, then if you're on mobile look for the *globe* icon and tap on it to run the code (Chrome only), for PC users just hit enter.
  4. The deck will save automatically
  5. Go to the Master Duel game => Main menu => Deck option => The Card database option at the top right corner => locate the deck you exported and copy it

Notes & Combos

Kewl Tunes is still a very good deck with the toxic ban of Naturia Rosewhip, and Syncrho Overtake to 1. Yes, it's easy to combo, however, my personal opinion is that this was harder than VS K9 to master completely. You can auto-win most games going first, but going second needs a mastery knowledge of other decks, and also your best play route.

Fuwa, I struggled to give up. From Josh Schmidt, he was correct on keeping it in the deck as it can give you 1-3 draws in this meta with Elnote and Kewl Tunes. Also, his advice to use Rotary before Cue to maximise the banish/top deck effect after seeing their hand, despite some guides to use Cue to chain block against Ash.

Credit to Trif, but I reduced my KT Clip to 1 instead of the commmon 2. Yes, it appears one less interuptions, but I would rather see another HT like Impulse to negate if going second. Plus it's not a true starter going first. Also, I never played Impulse as I was Orge and Mourner as Tuner HT. I see now, Impulse is much better, especially to avoid Called By the Grave, or Trigger Izuna.

Accel Stardust Dragon is only there as a flex. It only comes up in the late game when I'm out of resources and use Fuwa(4) with Track Maker(4), or a Zalen(7) with Rotary/Veiler(1). Could be replaced by S:P Little Knight, but I never used her.

I tried the Psy-Frame HT, but gosh that Psy-Frame Driver glued to my hand, despite being strong, it risks a brick.

Maybe I'm not a great player, but **** each match is like a knife fight against KT and Elfnote, and I didn't get many scoop matches going first. Also love Konami making me go second for 7x rank-up matches in Diamond III to keep be there.
