Master 5 with Purrely Yummy!
I almost regret not keeping this for the WCQ, it's still a fun rogue with a big tower that gets criminally underestimated.
Going first, the big two meta decks Branded and Kewl Tune have no realistic outs against an unaffected Noir, and only rogue decks play things like kaijus, Lava Golem and Underworld Goddess nowadays, so if you go first, don't get Droll'd or Shifter'd and get a big enough Noir it's pretty much gg.
This said, going second still sucks. Both Branded and Kewl Tune set too many interruptions on your turn to attempt building anything meaningful. The latter even locks you out from the Yummy Synchro summons if they get RS and/or B2B on the field.
Dracotail Branded almost always runs Sanctifire that can summon small monsters in attack position on your field in your End phase to attack them next turn, so keep that in mind.
Never played against Enneacraft so I can't really say. Try eating their field spell with Pretty Memory perhaps?
