Hello and welcome to "How to cook bad list but make it work cause why not", today with a cold guest : Windwitch ! I'll be very brief about the list, i think you understand that it is bystial control but with ice cream (its fking 30 celsius degre here help)

How to apply the gameplan ?
Lot and lot and LOT of hand-traps, goal is to draw our engine and use turn skip HT like Maxx C, Maxx C but lvl 4, Reverse Maxx C and Very-Big-Rock. Ogre is here because we still have a huge presence of BE players.
How to Wind the Witch
Ice Bell is still the 1cc, go for it, spe glass, and from there you can either add the lvl 1 for undestructible by card effect crystal wing or the lvl 3 for undestructible by battle baronne. If you start with Glass Bell, go for any lvl 3 and make clear wing, wich is due to its "target on field negation" sometimes better then crystal wing (especially for funny tenpai matchup, as if made with freeze they cant destroy it by battle AND it prevent the targeting from their big boss monster). We need to play 3 Glass as a lot of time we will have bystial on field, so ice can be a huge brick in hand.
Why Windwitch and not....
Its a secret, BUT the reason why this is posted at the very end is because i tried to push with another deck past M5 (huge fail) and wanted to put both on the same day.
Replays
Not really that usefull, its FS control at home. The Extra Deck is weird but the strange card didnt show up and i never felt like changing them, so....just keep the Synchros, the others are just "stuff"
