Notes & Combos

This is a pretty standard Runick Fur Hire Spright list.

I included Mayhem as a second target for Rex, so he won't be useless if I draw Rookie as my opening card. Additionally, Mayhem saves you from having to use Rex on the first turn if you utilized mannqequin cat on your opponents Ash / Maxx "C" / Veiler. I highly recommend using Mannequin Cat whenever possible on the first turn. It can also serve as a backup for Rex if your opponent played Maxx "C", allowing you to avoid locking yourself into Level 2 monsters with Gigantic. With the potential to generate a +7 advantage on your first turn (Rafale + Fountain + Folgo), this play will often result in a near perfect end board.

The minimum end board consists of Folgo, Donpa, Fountain, Rex and one other Fur Hire monster in the graveyard.

The desired end board includes Fountain, Elf, Folgo, Donpa, Red, Carrot, and an open slot to revive Rafale (don't revive Rafale if you anticipate your opponent to have a Bystial) with Rex or a target to tribute with Carrot/Red.

I chose to use two copies of Elf instead of Djinn Buster or Knightmare Phoenix because games tend to drag on and your Elf is likely to be destroyed at some point. If that happens, it would lock you out of your reusable Spright negates. This happened way more for me than the need for Djinn or Phoenix.
