Played Maliss and Branded in Masters before settling on Crystrons.

Main reasons being I love Synchro and Xyz summoning the most out of all ED summons.

If Lancea is shotgunned, Tristaros pass is usually the best you can do without Millennium cards but if they don't shotgun Lancea making Photon Lord before your plays is incredibly good.

Was on Speedroids but they were horrible going 2nd despite being the better engine to bridge into Crystrons going 1st. Generally TZV will mill into something that can be used but most of the time I actually tended to make Photon Lord before tribute summoning Sulfador using Golem on the field if possible or summoning smiger and linking off into Clockwork Knight.

Fuwalos can be a 3rd Lancea but I kept it as a crossout target and it can always be used as Wedju temple fodder. Sulfefnir with Temple also came up as popping it as a backrow still triggers the effect to summon a Crystron from deck.

Once Ryzeal drops, Millennium engine will likely be worse off and Droplet will likely go back to 3 in my list but for now in the Maliss format, Droplet is mainly just to for non-maliss decks or to negate their apollousa.

Main ED flex spot for me is Accel Stardust it only came up once to make Baron using Golem + Tristaros otherwise, you will never go into it as Accel Synchro + any lvl 5 goes into Baron anyways.
