Notes & Combos

Fear ended up beating me to Master 5 this season, however.. they didn't upload a list since it was the same as last season's.

Following zeroender from last season, I hopped back onto the Traptrix/Dogmatika train now that Nadir is at 2.

Given that Dogmatika doesn't play well with most floodgates, I also opted to join the others in playing Necrovalley, as it does really hurt Bystial/Branded/Tear/Spright (to a lesser extent besides Ronin/Elf, which can be big) and protects your sends from the ED. It worked out really well. Was thinking about adding a 3rd copy, but never made a change to incorporate it.

Originally, I did have Fossil Machine Skull Wagon in my ED, however, I found myself never sending it, so after losing 2 games that Vespenato would have won me, I put it back in just not to use it for my last 10 games lol

Currently not using Redoer, as I took out Brigandine. He can definitely be useful, but without the easy access to a bounce, I didn't feel like he'd be as great.

I did add in 2 Maxx C earlier (to put myself at 42) to give myself another card to go second with and it worked out a little, but I ended up removing it. I was hoping that with a few extra cards, I wouldn't open Fleur/Punishment as much, but it didn't really help.

Wouldn't mind having a 3rd TT in the deck, however, with the addition of Dogmatika stuff, it sometimes makes things really awkward. Do you not summon Ecclesia and lose out on Punishment/Fleur that turn on the chance that you'd use TT with just Sera out or do you do that, and potentially lose Ecclesia/Fleur interactions depending on how things go.

Nadir was as great as it always has been. Fantastic way to both pop cards on the field and to give yourself extra plays. Didn't end up playing Titaniklad this time, as I figured it wouldn't be worth it with all the Bystials around. At least with N'tss/Garura, I get something right then. Titaniklad has to survive until the end of the turn to give me anything. Plus, I'd like to think drawing a random card instead of your second Ecclesia/Fleur if you searched Punishment can be better most of the time.
