Notes & Combos

Apparently this is not the standard list, I'll explain some of it.

Starters of the deck

3 Wyvern, 3 Advance, 3 Statue, 2 Frame, 2 Tanker & 3 Urgent Schedule. 16/52 is roughly the same as 12/40

Ancient Gear Tanker has 16 targets (3 Wyvern, 3 Statue, 2 frame, 2 dark golem, 1 OG golem, 1 commander, 1 Geartown & 3 Urgent Schedule) for a 86% resolve rate where he has a target to summon. You can technically cut Golem+Commander+Duel and the chance becomes 80%, which is fine and replace them with any staples/cards that you want

Ancient Gear Frame will clash with Tanker, Wyvern & Advance. The worse one to clash with is Wyvern but this is built in a way so those 2 don't crash too often. if drawn with tanker then Frame will become Tanker's target and Frame will be searching Fusions if drawn with Advance.

The rest is standard.

Non Engines

25/52 is roughly the same as 19/40, 8 handtraps + 17 boardbreakers (6 HT & 13 BB in 40 cards)

Maxx"C", Fuwalos is standard, Purulia is ok against Mitsurugi, Yummy, Ryzeal & D/D/D, forcing half board/self-droll

Red Reboot is the Silver Bullet to Odion and limit some interactions against Dracotail

Gordian Slicer is not too good against Dracotail & Yummy as Yummy still have their Spright Elf with the target protection and Dracotail doesn't have anything worth bouncing outside of Dracotail Gulamel but it is good against every other deck

Sales ban calling Lunalight Liger Dancer or anything on your opponent's field and they're dead, or any handtrap that you have info on or blindly call any handtraps that will be hard for your hand is also fine. Mainly the target for Triple Tactics Thrust

Forbidden Droplet & Triple Tactics Talent is just classic going 2nd cards

Extra Deck

Nothing much outside of the Zeus package of Springans Merrymaker & Gigantic "Champion" Sargas in case when I get droll'd. Came up twice

Ancient Gear Megaton Golem is used to attack twice by fusing Dark Golem on field and 1 OG golem in the deck. Came up once, usually used for an Empty board while under Fortress protection or Gordian Slicer's banish target. I summoned it once

If I were to make this 40-ish, I'll cut 1 Tanker, 2 Frame, 2 Purulia, 2 Triple Tactics Thrust, 1 Triple Tactics Talent, 1 Sales ban, 1 Ancient Gear Golem

Overall I think this season with all of the engine bridges & Spright Elf being legal makes going 2nd really painful
