Notes & Combos
This is the deck i used to reach master V this season. In the last two seasons, I reached master I using blind second gem-knight OTK. This season however, I tried a different variation using the Fiendsmith engine
I have to say though that this is less fun as compared to the blind second variant. Of course you rely on the coin toss win and be able to set up a decent board to have a chance to win
The usual endboard of this deck going first is as follows:
A Bao A Qu + Masquerena + Desirae + Gem-Knight Master Diamond Dispersion + Hollowcore negate in GY
The endboard above could be achieved using 1-1.5 card combos and if you have a God Hand, you could even run a Caesar on the endboard
What I like about this deck is that it is a very linear deck and it has 16 one card starters
Going second however, the non-engine does most of the lifting. If you don't get at least 2 handtraps, you don't stand a chance to break the opponents board. Maybe I'll still try to push to master I this season using only this build but I think I'll go back and forth with the blind second variant
Overall, I still like this deck, but the blind second version has more flavor and fun. With the JUSH archetypes roaming around the corner, I can't wait for their arrival to break their unbreakable boards

I haven't saved many replays because the duels are not that interesting in my opinion lol
I'll try to add some more replays with this gem-knight variant. In my profile however, there are some of my old replays with the blind second variant if you guys are interested
