Notes & Combos

So I've played a lot of different lists in Diamond and you can check that gameplay over on my YT with the linked playlist, I changed to this list bcuz I was getting very unlucky, bricking a lot and drawing really bad hands on top of going 2nd way more often than going 1st.

This list had a crazy winrate, I went from Diamond 2 (3 games to rank-up) to Master 5 in 1 hour. But the previous day with the same list but without the Allure of Darkness I was stuck in Diamond 2, not bcuz of Allur, just bad luck.

During the climb I've played my take on Gem-Knight K9 list that Jesse Kotton made a video about it, not my type of list and not very good in this meta.

Then I've played a K9 list, which is more realistic to climb ladder with, but it has a rough Branded match-up so it didn't went really well.

Then I've tried the Fydraulis list I was playing last season, no success and the gameplay wasn't good enough so I didn't post on YT. But I decided to try Elfnotes engine with Fydraulis and it was pretty good, but mostly bcuz those cards are broken and not really bcuz it has synergy with ThunDra.

I also tried Sparks for a bit before changing to the list of this post, it was fine, I just didn't had a good time bcuz of being unlucky and so much random stuff that I couldn't evaluate properly. Its not bad tho, but it does require some game knowledge, as it won't stop their turn and you just want to get a good value out of it, the bad part is playing against decks that don't play into it (opponent needs to activate a monster in hand or gy).
