Notes & Combos

Presentation :

I am an old competitive french player and would like to share with you my tips to climb the ladder easily.

This archetype is a good way to climb because it allows various basic plays to stop your opponent in their action. Usually it leads to an early surrender turn 2 if you have begun. (63.48% early surrender if you go first)

Concerning the deck :

Fossil Dyna and Luna is a must have you really need it because they have a really good combo with morganite, especially Luna.

Evenly matched also, I recently played it with 3 in my deck but prefer to only have 2 and add life-hack which can surprise a lot of opponent when they are attacking. It is also kind of another protection for Fossil Dyna.

Concerning magic, you really need necrovalley and morganite in 3. Just to add a huge draw, trumendous summons and prevent your opponent to play with their graveyard which is now a meta play in every deck (Tearlaments, Horus, Centur-ion, Lo, the Prayers of the Voiceless Voice, ...)

Concerning the trap cards, you need a lot of negate as you usually got 1st if you win the toss. Also, There can be only one is a playmaker against a lot of deck.

Some stats of this deck from D5 to D1 :

• If you go 1st : 87.22% winrate.
• If you go 2nd : 56.13% winrate

Against the deck, Lo, the Prayers of the Voiceless Voice, it is a new archetype, I don't have a lot of data but face it multiple times. If you go first it is kinda free. If you go 2nd, that's a bit difficult, without super poly it is impossible to win if they have the combo.

Side deck possibility :

• Monster : Kurikara, Lava golem, Nibiru (in the case you would like to add board control when going 2nd depending what you face the most in ranked)
• Magic : dark ruler no more, ultimate slayer.
• Trap : Magical cylinder or miror force can be an option
