Introduction/General

This season I climbed up from Platinum to Master V with Naturia Runick. I intentionally dropped down last season that way I'd get a chance to practice this deck on Platinum players. Once you get a decent understanding of this deck it's crazy. Went on multiple 6+ game winstreaks including a 10 game winstreak. I have 10 public replays that I've saved from my climb in MasterDuel. This deck really has no standard endboard like Spirght for example. There are a lot of small descicions to be made and thus it can be very rewarding to pilot sucessfully. Had a blast with this deck. Once you know what all your cards do I'd reccomend just ditching the combo guide and doing what you feel is best for the situation you're in. Ideally going first you can banish some cards from your opponent to see what they're playing and build a board accordingly. Strongly reccomend watching Josh play this in MD world championship to see how resilient it can be.

Your main win con is people giving up.

So obvously if you scoop before they do you're throwing away your main route to victory. This deck can turn around hopless looking games. 1 activation of fountain is all it takes. People also assume you have a hand full of Runick cards even if you're bricked. Even if you end on just a fountain, Barone, and 4 bricks in your hand, (perhaps 2 Tactics and 2 Tree) psychologically that could be enough to make your opponent scoop as they assume you have 4 Runick interuptions.

Naturia Barkion and Abyss Dweller

I never really made these two. If Tear goes full combo on you the win con is to just mill them since they mill the majority of their deck to combo off. I'd only make Dweller if I banished cards going first and saw a Tear name, or during a grind game against Tear I'd just make Dweller. I legit only remember making Barkion one time in Platinum against Lab. Sure it was very funny, but probably doesn't need to be taking up an extra deck slot.

I'd replace Barkion with Draco Berserker of the Tenyi but I don't own the card.

So I wasn't doing this for the majority of my climb becuase I didn't understand how the MasterDuel setting was worded........don't be like me.
