Notes & Combos
I didn’t change anything from my previous deck list, as it still feels like the most consistent and comfortable version of Predaplant to me. After testing a few variations, this build continues to feel like the best fit.
Losing Called by the Grave makes it harder to deal with Maxx “C” and Droll & Lock Bird, which can be especially punishing when the deck needs to commit to its combos but it also helps you going 2nd to hand trap your opponent.
Even with the current meta being heavily focused on establishing strong Turn 1 boards, Predaplant is still more than capable of competing and remains a fun and viable deck on the ladder. You can also replace Crossout Designator with a 3rd copy of Dominus Impulse to have another chance of stopping your opponent’s plays. You can also replace One for One with a 3rd copy of Predaplant Ophrys Scorpio, depending on your preference.
