Prerequisites

  • A registered Konami ID linked to your master duel game
  • Must login to Yu-Gi-Oh! Cards DB using the same Konami ID
  • If the Yu-Gi-Oh! DB website asks to login with Game Card ID just click "I don't have a game card ID" and fill some basic information to proceed

Export Guide

- Via the MDM extension (Recommended): Download on Firefox, or Chromium Browsers
For Chromium browsers (Chrome/Edge/Opera/Brave...etc) just click "Add to chrome" on the store page and it'll work on most if not all chromium browsers.
After using the extension, go to the Master Duel game => Main menu => Deck option => The Card database option at the top right corner => locate the deck you exported and copy it

  1. Click here to copy the export code
    2.
  2. Go to Yu-Gi-Oh! Cards DB and click My Deck => Add a Deck
  3. Once the deck page loads click Edit then do one of the following based on the platform your device is running:
    • (PC Only): Press F12 to open the DevTools window => Navigate to the Console tab in the window => Paste the export code => Hit Enter
    • OR (Other platforms/PC): In the address bar of the current tab remove the URL and type "javascript:" without the quotations then paste the export code, then if you're on mobile look for the *globe* icon and tap on it to run the code (Chrome only), for PC users just hit enter.
  4. The deck will save automatically
  5. Go to the Master Duel game => Main menu => Deck option => The Card database option at the top right corner => locate the deck you exported and copy it

Notes & Combos

This season actually depressed me a bit. I tried to make various strategies work, pure crystron with some neat GUU, Melodious (This got to M2 before getting unlucky and going into a ton of maliss matchups so I don't think this deck is fake, it's VERY good into Ryzeal.), and Gimmick Puppet. Dropping to M4 made me realize that Masters is currently more Maliss than Ryzeal, while Diamond-Masters is more Ryzeal as a whole. With that in mind I copied Pak's anti-maliss Crystron that he brought to Worlds and this was actually SO REAL.

Everything is as it normally should be while keeping the Crystron engine to a minimum, slotting in more temple, and running 3x meowls, 3x lancea, 3x hunter, and 1x belle for 10 anti-Maliss cards. I think people called Chaos Hunter fake in Season 43 / 44 because in 43 Maliss would run Cerberus to out you, but I encountered no Cerberus at all. In addition to that, people hesitate to ash or called by a meowls which can put you in a great state vs the Maliss half-board. I don't know if this will still be an option post @ignister but I don't have to worry about that anymore.

Lastly, as an aside I can't go without mentioning that I placed #83 in the Synchro Cup. I've only been playing modern Yugioh for about a year (not counting the 1st season of MD) so I'm incredibly happy with myself and with the Crystron purchase. I don't have much UR left and I whiffed my Ryzeal pulls so I feel like I can take a longer break and only do a daily every couple of days for the rest of the year. My goal for MD is to place in the top 10-50 in another cup next year.

I'll try to find some good Crystron replays to upload although atm I mostly saved Melodious stuff. 065-267-853
