Pretty different from previous list, while imperms worked very well for me in the last format, elfnote can now dodge them with Regina or the patron quick synchro so my non-engine slots changed to charmies and a 2nd talents. I have also finally stopped cutting Desirae and moved away from Nepyrim for more tear backrow without feeling like it hurt my gas or mill quality.

With the most popular deck running around with Regina I'm very confident at least 3 copies of Fenrir is currently unquestionable.

I've been very hyped to play quartet in tear and it performed as expected, card needs no gimmicks to be good, even lets you cut some engine for purulias and if your pilgrim whiffs you might still have tear access through reborning kashtiras or S:P + reinoheart. Despite that I've been using it most of the time to reborn W:P + a tear name, making W:P negate live while that tear name can then be sent for rulk/sulliek and snowball from there.

Self droll is like my favourite thing and 6 charmies is very common in current format, so while my winrate went up after I cut droll I'm still not completely sure it is correct.

Tear still feels strong and I had near 50% going 2nd winrate through the climb after figuring out how I wanted to adapt my list.
