Garbage meta.

This is my personal (rant) experience so it might be not the same for everyone:

I went back and forth from M2 to M5 literally 3 times, switching multiple times between 60 pile EM going 2nd and going 1st 40 cards Crystron EM.

The coin tosses are so fkng rigged when you go first, basically you will win 1 coin toss vs 4-5 of them being losses, relying on your opponents missplays / bricks to win. Or hoping for the charmies to resolve.

Also 90% of the deck that you will face had fkng Elfnote engine in it, so you will stay and watch the same fkng gameplay over and over again, in their turn and as well in your turn with all of the new garbage that had just being released, one being more oppressive than other (look i ASH'ed your charmy so now im going to summon fkng Librarian to draw the cards YOU could've drawn).

Yeah it could be skill issue but fkng hel how can be all the games like this vs Elfnote.

I don't think the things will improve so this will be my last climb of the year up to M1 probably.

I grinded my buttocks for the gems and realized it was not worth the effort, and watching 2-3H of Elfnote combo daily scarred me lol.

And thats why Trap Eater is in the list lol, it did came out a couple of time, winning me those games.

In my last 5 games to M1, i was so blessed that i didn't face a single Elfnote deck, and thanks to that i made it to M1 with ease (also got some busted hands).
