Notes & Combos

I've played pure Mitsurugi in the TCG since they received they got their second wave of supports, so I have a few months of experience playing with and against variations of Mitsurugi deck which I think greatly helped.

I decided to try out Fiendsmith variations as due to availability of cards like Apollousa, as well as popularity of Droll & Lock Bird. It's also useful for baiting out interactions like Ash Blossom. Also, unlike the TCG, there have been hits to Pot of Extravagance (at 1) and Pot of Prosperity (banned), so while there are alternatives (Nadir Servant for example) I wasn't much of a fan of those ideas and so resolved to play with other engines.

Extra Deck will likely need some tweaking. Personally, I don't think Mitsurugi itself don't really care much about the extra deck, meaning there was plenty of space to fit in Fiendsmith cards in this case. You can of course make adjustments in accordance to your frequent matchups.
