Intro:
First time M1 with Orcust and tbh the Shining Sarc engine is insane, after i get "Little D" ed a **** tons of time playing Labrynth i decided to change deck, and this choice was indeed Orcust!
I Yoinked the list from 브부이 and his choice of running Book Of Eclipse really helped me in many of situations where if i did not open Book of Eclipse i would've lost, so thank you Bro.
Gameplay:
TLDR; Deck can be bricky, use your resouces carefully, be patient and it will pay off.
This deck has an insane push, combined with Shining Sarc Engine makes this deck even more scary!
Of course unless you hard brick which it can happens since this deck runs few dead cards unless you find a way to "unlock" them.
Sometimes i really wanted to add more cards since i keep finding myself drawing Gandora-G in everygame without a way so SS it + those World Brick Sticks ( they are sadly necessary imo) not to mention random HTs / BOE .
But when you open Sarc Engine + Orcust + 2/3 HTs i can guarantee, it will be a very low cortisol turn.
Then on the next 2/3 game you'll open nothing playable and it spikes your cortisol basically ruining your state of mind and giving you anxiety on every opening hand lol.
When playing Orcust make sure to use your resouces correctly, usually you really want the Brick Wand, Orcust Knightmare and Cymbal keep routating, if many of your Orcust are banished you can use Longirsu to recycle + you can banish Extra Deck monsters im GY with Link-1 Galatea.
Thoughts:
You can love and hate this deck, but when it works, it goes hard. I got stuck in M3 for 15+ games (I'm so unemployed holy), lost bc mostly for bricky hands, and surely not for my bad plays (Clueless).
