Very similar to last season, with the exception that TTT was dropped for Magnamhut (anti-Branded/KT/SS tech) and I replaced 1/2 Case with Chaotic Elements, which is basically the same thing, but you can still play the other if one is negated or even both.
Belle and Dogoran are all still effective, but less so than last season with how resilient and layered Branded boards are. They all can have some decent impacts nonetheless, and are also effective against KT and Sky Strikers as two other prominent archetypes.
Magnamhut was added to banish Albaz/Albion from grave. I would like to add Druiswurm, Called By, and TTT, but the deck already bricks enough.
Variance is still a major problem and Branded (despite being a very fun matchup) has a significant edge over VSK9. Though VSK9 has a very strong matchup into Enneacraft, where Snow Devil/Zeus board wipes and Borger+Snow Devil burn are very effective at shutting them down.
Overall, VSK9 feels significantly weaker this season compared to last, but still plenty viable.
