Not an easy climb, Spright is pretty broken now and it is everywhere. Branded used to be naturally strong against it, but now that they have Sprind their complete board is too strong to break without tech cards, so Maxx "C" was required to have a chance when going 2nd. It's also a good card to bait the opponent's Ash so that Branded Fusion can resolve. Bystials should help quite a bit against Tearlaments, at least in theory, but never underestimate the opponent's luck in opening extenders. Banishing Kitkallos is probably the safest option.
I kept changing this list, adding and removing things like Banishment and Regained, or switching between Super Poly and Ash Blossom. Ultimately I'm okay with this, although it is a bit more prone to bricks that I would like. Branded Fusion going to 2 isn't gonna change things much, as it will just be replaced by Foolish Burial.

You may see Expulsion at some point (without Gimmick Puppet) as I was playing it mainly to avoid Evenly Matched, but I didn't want to keep another brick in the list.
