Prerequisites

  • A registered Konami ID linked to your master duel game
  • Must login to Yu-Gi-Oh! Cards DB using the same Konami ID
  • If the Yu-Gi-Oh! DB website asks to login with Game Card ID just click "I don't have a game card ID" and fill some basic information to proceed

Export Guide

- Via the MDM extension (Recommended): Download on Firefox, or Chromium Browsers
For Chromium browsers (Chrome/Edge/Opera/Brave...etc) just click "Add to chrome" on the store page and it'll work on most if not all chromium browsers.
After using the extension, go to the Master Duel game => Main menu => Deck option => The Card database option at the top right corner => locate the deck you exported and copy it

  1. Click here to copy the export code
    2.
  2. Go to Yu-Gi-Oh! Cards DB and click My Deck => Add a Deck
  3. Once the deck page loads click Edit then do one of the following based on the platform your device is running:
    • (PC Only): Press F12 to open the DevTools window => Navigate to the Console tab in the window => Paste the export code => Hit Enter
    • OR (Other platforms/PC): In the address bar of the current tab remove the URL and type "javascript:" without the quotations then paste the export code, then if you're on mobile look for the *globe* icon and tap on it to run the code (Chrome only), for PC users just hit enter.
  4. The deck will save automatically
  5. Go to the Master Duel game => Main menu => Deck option => The Card database option at the top right corner => locate the deck you exported and copy it

Notes & Combos

Post-Maliss but pre-Ryzeal is a good time for Bystial Centur-Ion. Can play around Droll, Lancea, Fuwa, Nib, Belle, and even Impulse which are much more common right now for Maliss.

Standard list with non-engine with hand traps for going 2nd and drawing into usable non-engine going 1st / when under Fuwa.

Belle and Nibiru have been performing very well. I like the 2 copies of the OPTs in this deck just to make sure you're drawing into multiple different hand traps as none of the 2-ofs were necessarily better quality than each other in this format.

SE Doomed Dragon comes up a lot more now to let you play through Impulse in certain hands. Dis Pater is cuttable due to all the Lanceas running around (harder to make and use effectively). I've played Blazar at 1 for the past few seasons and never missed the second copy especially with lots of Kashtira Unicorns sniping away Crimson Dragon. Primera Primus is fine at 1 as well as you often don't want to go into her if you opened suboptimally, you're under Fuwa/Maxx C, or you want to play into a board.

No Bonds for this season to see more non-engine. Specifically against Maliss, you can still stop them without Lancea going second if you open 2-3 hand traps AND they've opened suboptimally / played into it LOL... (which happens more often since it's a new deck in Master Duel!)

Bystials are still good against Fiendsmith piles and Blue-Eyes, and even against Maliss when they use Splash Mage on a Maliss name that has already used its effect.
