Prerequisites

  • A registered Konami ID linked to your master duel game
  • Must login to Yu-Gi-Oh! Cards DB using the same Konami ID
  • If the Yu-Gi-Oh! DB website asks to login with Game Card ID just click "I don't have a game card ID" and fill some basic information to proceed

Export Guide

- Via the MDM extension (Recommended): Download on Firefox, or Chromium Browsers
For Chromium browsers (Chrome/Edge/Opera/Brave...etc) just click "Add to chrome" on the store page and it'll work on most if not all chromium browsers.
After using the extension, go to the Master Duel game => Main menu => Deck option => The Card database option at the top right corner => locate the deck you exported and copy it

  1. Click here to copy the export code
    2.
  2. Go to Yu-Gi-Oh! Cards DB and click My Deck => Add a Deck
  3. Once the deck page loads click Edit then do one of the following based on the platform your device is running:
    • (PC Only): Press F12 to open the DevTools window => Navigate to the Console tab in the window => Paste the export code => Hit Enter
    • OR (Other platforms/PC): In the address bar of the current tab remove the URL and type "javascript:" without the quotations then paste the export code, then if you're on mobile look for the *globe* icon and tap on it to run the code (Chrome only), for PC users just hit enter.
  4. The deck will save automatically
  5. Go to the Master Duel game => Main menu => Deck option => The Card database option at the top right corner => locate the deck you exported and copy it

Notes & Combos

Delighted to finally play one of my most anticipated decks.

I tested pure primite and reasoning variants and this is the one that took me to Master 1.

CARD CHOICES
  • I had more success with this minimal primite package but maybe 2 Man 2 Beryl is the sweet spot.
  • I used to play 3 impulse, but it really sucks when you’re forced to activate it from hand, it turns off the majority of the deck
  • 41 because I don't really know what to cut. I like playing pairs. Maybe the Ash can go. Ive seen lists that dont run it.
  • for the extra deck, Magistus chorozo is very good, man is a spellcaster so you can super poly any extra deck monster. Also came in handy when breaking an Artmage board (you can out their fusion). Plus its a tuner and you can contact fuse with it, make Baronne.
  • speaking of Baronne. the 2nd synchro used to be Chengying, but every time I can make it, I just wanted another Baronne.

I played primite odion M5-M3, then switched to pure odion, and reached M2. But then I struggled in master 2 and switched back to primite odion.

But I then lost the first four games and deranked back to master 3, just where I left off.

THEN I HAD A MIRACLE RUN OF 9 STRAIGHT WINS! (winning the coin helps)

Straight back to master 2, and only losing on the M1 rank up.

It took 4 tries but to finally win the rank up game.
