Notes & Combos

TLDR: Using this list, I overcooked and unintentionally reached Master 1. As usual, I used Venusless Agents and climbed up to Master 3.

I once had an amazing eight-win streak that ended with a stupid loss against Stun.

Since Agents is a LIGHT & DARK base Fairy deck, @Shadow, a YouTuber who covers Chaos decks the most, contacted me. We talked about Chaos decks in general.

Learning Chaos was a good idea, as I might have to switch to more Chaos engines if Spright Elf becomes banned for my Agents deck.

So I tried cooking some Chaos to see what it was like, and I had a blast, winning five games all the way up to Master 1.

Overall Meta Point of View: Though the meta is currently very varied, this deck matches up well against the leading contenders (Dlink, Branded).

Chaos is weak against Kashtira, average versus combo decks, and completely terrible against stun decks.

HOW-TO: This is a going 1st decklist. Yes, you read it right. There is no clear combo line in the deck. Rather, in order to finish on a respectable board, you must meet certain requirements. These are the prerequisites:

  1. Have access to Branded Etude
  2. Finish with two level 2 tuners and Chaos Ruler.

Use the effect of Etude to Synchro summon Hot Red Calamity during your opponent's Draw Phase, and thats pretty much it.

How to Pilot: Creating Chaos Ruler should always come first. Get Etude online with Lubellion's effect if you're lucky to mill him or Saronir. Create Dis Pater and continue extending, but make room for two level 2 tuners and the Chaos Ruler. If you are going second, Chaos is naturally good for on breaking boards (as long as you dont brick). Chain blocking your effects while comboing off is how you accomplish this.

Some advice: As long as you have a face-up Bystial, Etude not only allows you to accel synchro but also banishes your opponent's Link, Synchro or Fusion material. You can summon two level 2 light tuners during your opponents turn by using your Bystial to banish Chaos Witch during your opponent's turn. This gives you gas to make Hot Red Calamity.

You can make PSY framelord to get Etude back into your Deck if you milled it. You can either hand rip using PSY Framelord if you are unable to meet the Hot Red Calamity requirements above, or you can create space for recursion and protection (Chaos Beast, Chaos Ruler, and also using Bystials in hand as Battle Fader).

The Agents discord channel has the Venusless Agents Decklist for Master 3. I need more time to finish the Agent guide because a lot of new things are coming up. Please feel free to ask questions here or the Agents Discord Channel to contact me.
