Notes & Combos

I played this deck from Master 5 to Master 1. I used 3 different variants of it.

M5 > M3: I used Nadir Servant in the deck in place of Gamma as well as double Sauravis instead of 1 Sauravis and 1 Odd-Eyes.

M3 > M2: I had Mourner in for Gamma and didnt have Extrav. Was at 41c.

M2 > M1: This list.

Some Detail on the choices, I used Odd-Eyes over 2 Sauravis to finish my climb due to the randomness of ladder. It has some applications in this format like Runick, Branded, etc. It also provides for some key plays if you use its scale effect t1 bounce back paired with Radiance for the extra shuffle back for a Lo or new Sauravis to get old Sauravis out alongside itself + Skull while keeping your Prayers in gy.

As for the Odd-Eyes Wing over Meteorburst? Simply because Tenpai isnt in the format yet. Wing actually does something on your turn. Meteorburst isnt exactly going to do too much this format.

With all that being said, 2 Sauravis felt great into Yubel, Cyberse, and the Snake Eye link climb. It's possible to get 3 Sauravis summon negates in a single turn in some hands and that just absolutely shuts Yubel down.
