Notes & Combos

During D5-M5 I played a mix of Dragon Link and Tears to get dailies, then I switched to Crusadia for the 8k damage mission. Everyone always scoops before I can deal 8k damage :(

I was playing 2 Veiler and Monster Reborn over the two TTT and second Crusadia Power until M2. I like hard drawing Power because this deck dies to a single removal quick effect on your normal summon. TTT also helps that, sometimes you can steal a link monster and go off anyways.

Change of Heart (and TTT as Change of Heart) help break boards by stealing the only face-up Tearlament, Borrelend, or forcing the activation of something like Baronne.

If you can't kill, plan B is make Avramax and hope they don't have an out until you can draw Leonis to pierce the monsters they keep setting.

I used everything in the ED except Update Jammer. I could have summoned it a few times, but never needed to. Funnily enough, Kash kept taking either Update Jammer or Masquerena as their Unicorn/Diablosis steals. I could have summoned Aussa quite a number of times but it never actually mattered, mostly because of Keldo/Mudora being in my opponent's GY next to Fenrir. (this deck could play Fenrirs over something like Change of Heart if you have Fenrir but not Change)

Avramax is a Crusadia monster and benefits from the effects of Arboria, Power and Revival.

Multiple times I was able to use my opponents link monsters that pointed to my zones to continue my combos. Goddess, the Evil Eye link, Heatsoul, and Borrelend.
