Kewl tune is here and it's top tier (in my hands) The idea of using Reco + Clip in VSK9 is to solve the lack of FIRE attribute monsters that VS require while also further pushing on turn 0 and reducing the minimum average number of summons the deck has to do turn 1 to perform under C / Fuwa / Purulia / Droll.

Clip + Reco = RS omninegate + level modulation, which ruins yummy during turn 0 (just be careful about fiendsmith extension) Clip + Razen/Madlove during turn 1 or 0 = Silvera can steal a lot of games with her surprise chainblocked Book of Eclipse effect. VS can reliably end on Razen and/or Mad love, so it's a possibility one should be aware of when openening or drawing into Clip.

Reco is also a reliable normal summon in a pinch should you have no other plays, unlike the rescue-ace package which could fail or brick; or the other common fire cards (red layer, valcan rocket, dogoran) which do nothing by themselves turn 1.

Other Kewl Tune main or extra deck cards do not really fit in here, as the deck space is really tight. Chose not to run Noroi here to max out on turn 0 plays and handtraps.

Arc Rebellion's spot in the extra deck can be swapped for a 2nd Ripper or Saryuja depending on user preference.

Everything else's regular VSK9, just more OUR-turn-y.
