At the start of this meta, the deck struggled against archetypes like Elfnote, Elfnote Kewl Tune, or Artmage; however, as the meta has stabilized, it is now capable of performing very well. One advantage is that, since Elfnote establishes a highly oppressive board under the effect of Droll & Lock Bird, it is currently seen less frequently than it was during the "Kewl Tune" meta.
An important adjustment was removing TY-PHOON from the Extra Deck and adding S:P Little Knight to banish key cards. Additionally, I’ve included Shark Cannon for matchups against Branded or Dracotail, the latter being a scenario where removing cards like Ecclesia, Albion or Titaniklad from GY cards can be extremely difficult without it.
