Notes & Combos

Didn't expect the winstreak here, especially because I didn't feel like continuing with the DC after a stint of bad luck, mostly cause I'm currently sick. However, Ext and his very attractive friends and their pet snakes had a different idea.

Mitsu Ryzeal, despite no longer having Cross, the deck remains as hard to stop as ever. The Ryzeals still getting as many bodies as they do is just as crazy as ever, and getting easy access to Mitsu just pairs well into a lot of the good decks rn, cause Yummy, K9 and Dtail don't have consistent early negates for Murakumo, especially backed up with Prayers to dodge interaction and a Great Purification omni negate.

Some may question Impulse, but it remains one of the best cards in the deck. Ice doesn't have anything good to summon sometimes when going second, Ext isn't searching any time after you Mitsu anyways and no Detonator is manageable. It can make bad openings worse, but it can make average or better openings much better.

The usual board is something like Murakumo, 2-3 mat Deto (ideally with Aggregator), Eclipse Twins, draw 2 with Dugares, set Prayers and Great Purification and sometimes either Futsu, Photon Lord/Dyna Mondo (replacing Murakumo on field, which gets summoned later).
