Let's address the elephant in the room:

Crusadia???

Trust me it's not as bad as it sounds, I mean objectively it's a wasteful use of 3 extra deck slots, but honestly I throughout my whole DC climb I never really missed Firewall/Apollousa in my endboard pieces and I'd just go for Crypter in EMZ w/ Allied Ignister in center zone with the 2 other links backed by ur traps and that worked out fine for me, sure it's riskier to give up ur early apo lines but I only saw like 2 nibs across the whole journey so it's not worth worrying about imo.

This build first started bc I was thinking about how I can integrate my comfort archetype into the meta, and hey, Maliss loves link spamming and they make arrows for us, so why not? I first started with a larger crusadia package but felt like they were just not doing enough and my cyberse extenders were putting in far more work, so i trimmed them to the minimum and only slotted in those 2 for a cute OTK line since Maliss is one of the rare decks where you genuinely link down, so you can make Equimax generically, link down into Magius, summon something there to get your Maximus then climb up into the 2nd Equimax to set up the OTK. He gets pretty hefty with your links pointing to him, and since Maximus can summon to any link zone, you still get lethal since Equi is 6-7k ish with the Maliss links while maximus is somewhere else.

Maximus also funnily did come up several times just as a decent extender to open with since under lancea he lets you put stuff on the board to at least end on SP.

Konmai pls drop the orcust support since crusadia orcust is at least a real thing
