Just plain ol' Mitsurugi performed very well for me overall.

Bit late to this one as I have just been playing Castlevania Belmont's Curse which I can't reccomend enough, what an absolute banger of a game. So I have been taking MD slowly this season and then end of this month is Phantom Blade Zero which is absolutely going to be taking my attention even more.

But yeah, i'm sure we have all seen Mitsurugi all before. Decided to run it since Elfnote has been putting Droll back into peoples deckbuilder collection and out of main decks.

You need tools to stop Regina and I decided on F&V, Forbidden Crown as my choices. Mourner is ok but I like Crown more since it can hit normal summons so it's more flexible. Ogre I think is a little overated, the players I queue into just do not ever misplay into this card ever and get greedy with the Power Patron effect to level up and quick synchro. Fydraulis is more forgiving as it's likely to remove 2 bodies at once and can find engine with Herald of Arc Light

I took a leaf out of my Ryu-Ge list and included Mudora as a send off Diviner if I happen to open engine anyway. Not super needed but sometime can be valuable even going second to disrupt any GY plays or followups. You could just remove it for a 3rd Fydraulis or whatever other non engine you value.
