Its that time of the year again with the DC cup at max level!

And Runick Naturia is the way to go in this meta despite the ever-growing threat of Kashtira and the already annoying purrely. Dark ruler is arguably good this time round thanks to the abundance of strong negate boards and turning off arise heart banish, but not so much against purrely hence the addition of herald of the abyss.

Once DRNM resolves I can go for a board wipe with Exciton (who surprisingly was used alot this time round over bagooska and dugares) In fact, I'm considering dropping dugares over another monster that can fufill the spot since dugares is really there to unbrick but nothing else really.

Finally I put Crocodragon back in the deck, not because I didn't like trishula but its because I had him in a tournament once and couldn't be bothered siding it out XD. It still proved its worth though, drawing 2 is always a good thing to have.

By the time I'm writing this, I would have a 14 game win-streak in the duelist cup which is interesting since I was pretty critical with kashtira starting to run rampant but in the end, Naturunick can definitely compete against them. Once you know the Kashtira chokepoints, it becomes a lot more manageable to play around Fenrir and sometimes prevent arise-heart from being summoned.
