Notes & Combos
Got bored toward the end of DC, so I decided to play a 4fun deck and crammed Labrynth into my Spright☆Twin deck as inspired by Saucy Senpai. Results were hilarious when it worked, but certainly not an amazing deck by any means.
The synergy of the deck was interesting, and a lot of it hinges on the fact that Stovie is a Lv2. Already have Sprights and Twins? You can SS Stovie with Gigantic and get another disruption in the form of Big Welcome -> Lovely. Elf can also access Stovie in the GY and dodge Called by or other GY hate, and I used it to save Lovely from Herald of the Abyss once. I also feel like I made some people go "wtf" with full Spright combo after summoning Stovie.
I had to add 2 Passwords, another Snitch, and another Red so that I could access the main engine more often. Thought about dropping the 2nd Chandraglier for a 3rd Password as well, but I wanted to try this ratio a bit more. Deck was overall more consistent than I expected, but it dies to Maxx C since you're less likely to draw into answers for it.
Thrust felt really good with more cards in the deck. I mostly searched for DBarrier going 1st and Talent or HFD going 2nd depending on the situation. Evenly was unfortunately never useful the entire time, and if I were to keep using this deck, I would probably drop it, maybe for that 3rd Password. Same could be said about Herald of the Abyss. It was supposed to be the out for Noir, but I didn't run into Purrely very often. I think I resolved Herald once the whole run.
I originally ran Kurikara, but after a couple of games where my opponent took the Maxx C challenge and OTKed before I got a chance to drop her, I replaced her with Veiler. They also felt good to draw off of Ki-sikil unlike Kurikara.
