Notes & Combos

Decided to go with Kashtira for the duelist cup event. For this list it was focused on going second. If you win/lose the coin flip always go second. Things I can say is that I would not recomend Ash in the deck as if Unicorn is on the field they usually will takeout a Zeus. I was playing them in the beginning but decided to change it for kaiju which was better. Was also playing 3 pots but realized that it was too much and changed it for Kurikara Divincarnate which was great againist the mirror/Purely. I personally liked the ratio of 2 Thrust and Tatics as they worked well for me but you can make an arguement for having a third Thrust. I had Dark Ruler as I thought I might go aganisht decks that set up many negates but did not see much of them . If I had to change the list I would cut out 1/both dark ruler for either a third thrust/change of heart or books.

This has a decent match up aganist Lab (still hard matchup overall) as either you have Strom,Duster or evenly matched and if you don't have that in hand and have trust you can get it if they actviated Big Welcome summoned Lady and used the effect. I would normally clear the field then in my main phase 2 make a Dark Armed and clear the rest.

In conclusion this Duelist Cup was great. I really liked how the deck preformed. I would recommend giving going second Kashtira a try.
