I usually start with the Diabellstar part on my turn to bait interactions and not activate stuff in hand - she eats ash, imperm, etc and/or helps setup a Dragoon because the Man line also activates spells to turn on DMoD. Going second, MAN is eating negates to try and secure access to Deception for the Pogrume special, the double Azamina knock-out.
