This is a going second fusion/gravekeeper deck. The purpose of the deck is to exploit masterduel's best of one format by using lots of strong going second cards while turboing out Elemental hero Rainbow neos. Rainbow Neos is the target in hopes that he will be able to make your opponent go negative in cards by shuffling their spells/traps or monsters back into their deck. The combination of neos, bored breaking vards, and necrovalley force the opponent into either being OTKd, or playing without a graveyard/cards that move cards in the graveyard. The deck tries as little as possible to need/use the GY and set your opponent back in a tough situation if they survive. In a BO1 format, it is decent.
