Notes & Combos

This run to DLVMAX, except for when I got from 17 to 18, was streamed live on twitch.tv/unnicknamed

I used Nordics until Dlv18, then got very unlucky (like, I had only 1 negate vs full Spright hands unlucky). I could not live with my own failure. And where did that bring me? Back to Numeron.

My initial rankup to DLVmax was sad because I went second vs Lab, and they flipped Skill Drain. I was running a dumb "3 Calling but 2 of each Gate" variant to combat all the mill decks, but Lab always finds a way to live through 2 Callings vs me. And that's what my opponent did; afkd on some 3000 DEF Lab card I've never heard of with no backrow at all, and I ran out of gates to go for game :( I added the 3rd copy of each Gate and got DLVmax right after.

20 Monsters, 20 Spells. Perfectly balanced, as all things should be. Every single monster here searches Wall, among other things. I used Driver in hand to search Maxx C thrice on the final day of this DC Cup.
