Notes & Combos
This is my version of Ishizu Dragon Link, that I used to climb from DLv 13 to DLv Max.
This deck is extremely consistent, even at 60 cards, because of how many starters and extenders it has access to. The Ishizu cards are insane for making your mills more consistent and can also shuffle back vital combo pieces (like Boot sector launch for example) if you were to mill them. They also counter a lot of GY strategies, so they're just really good.
The real juice of this deck is the Destrudo and Psychic End Punisher (PEP) combo. Destrudo makes it really easy to make PEP by becoming a lvl 3 tuner when targetting a lvl 4. He also halves your HP to set up PEP. Just keep in mind to make PEP before using Rokket Tracer's effect, which locks you into DARK.
Just PEP alone has won me probably around 10 games because he can get to 8000 ATK so easily with Destrudo, and a lot of decks, like Spright and Labrynth, have trouble outing him.
Other than than Ishizu and PEP this is a pretty standart D-Link list.
Seyfert is a 1-card Borrelend, E-Tele and Ze Amin are a 1-card Chaos Ruler into Zombie Vampire, the Thunder Dragons only make Colossus and the rest of the deck facilitates combos and makes Borrelend, Hot red and Borreload Savage.
The Handtraps are really standart. I run a broad array for Designator and Change of Heart because I find it funny. A third Ogre would definetly be better, as it is really good against Spright. A second or third Snow would be really good aswell, I just don't have one.
I also run Underworld Goddess in all my decks to out cheesy boss monsters. Dharc is really good this format as well, as it can steal IP:Masq from the opponent and instantly go into a 4300 ATK Accesscode with protection.

Replay 1 vs Jada (Dark Magician) shows off some of the insane combos this deck can pull off
Replay 2 vs Jerel (Labrynth) shows how resilient this deck is through multiple interruptions (and mostly how good PEP is)
