Notes & Combos
Primite Odion has been pretty reliable for me into most matchups. You'll have a hard time into crazy gas decks like mitsu ryzeal, onomat ryzeal, and 60c branded, and you just instascoop against Lunalight if you don't open exactly 2 Evenly, but everything else is genuinely playable and fun even when going 2nd.
You can replace Evenly based on what you're facing more. I ran it because I was going up against non-Odion backrow and Sky Striker decks near the end of my climb. Options are Retaliating C, Belle, and Impulse. I personally didn't run Impulse because losing access to EARTH monster effects really screws up your grind game, and setting it to avoid that just makes you Dracotail fodder again.
Soul Drain the MVP. I'd rather it not exist because it's still a floodgate, but when most of the meta like Orcust/Dracotail have insane recursion and/or treat the GY like a second hand, it's one of the few ways this deck can keep up.

First replay: Going 1st vs dracotail, drew the garnet + giga fumbled the shifter play, still won by baiting interaction.
Second replay: Going 2nd vs Maliss, always look to deny access to their traps. They'll extend anyways, because of course they do, and your main out is SPoly or die.
Third replay: Going 2nd vs 60c engine slop. Evenly trades well into spot negates if you have a starter, which Primite Odion versions are a bit more consistent at doing.
