This is almost the same list from my previous DC cup run. I swap out Sangan for Scarm, because Scarm is the better brick. And I added Farfa to replace a slot the recently semi-limited Stovie's space for more interupption on your opponent's turn. Also, it's another Scarm's target if you already had Chandra in rotation.

The TGFU engine is decent but quite risky. It can sets up both of your Plunder and Labrynth Play. TGFU ss Scarm, make Cherubini, Bin Fiendish Rhino, Fiendish Rhino bins Goldenhair, then at the end phase you can add Chandra with Scarm's effect. Also, at the simplified gamestate, Tour Guide is another great way to gain adventages. You could theoretically squeeze in D/D/D Deviser King Deus Machinex and Zeus, but you need to clear 3 more extra deck spaces.

Tbh, I don't really recommend the TGFU engine. With Bystials running amok, they could banish your Scarm before the end phase, and you usually leaves a lvl 4 LIGHT token on your opponent's side of the field, That's can be scary sometimes. Then a single negate on TGFU could end your turn. You could swap out the Tour Guide engine for something like Bystials, more HTs, Kaijus, other staples or remove them all together then make it more lighter with 40-50 cards deck.

Take this 60-card deck with a grain of salt. There were games that I've lost because my hand consist of cards that doesn't goes well together. But since it's a 60-card deck, you won't run out of resources faster in the longer grind game state.
