Prerequisites

  • A registered Konami ID linked to your master duel game
  • Must login to Yu-Gi-Oh! Cards DB using the same Konami ID
  • If the Yu-Gi-Oh! DB website asks to login with Game Card ID just click "I don't have a game card ID" and fill some basic information to proceed

Export Guide

- Via the MDM extension (Recommended): Download on Firefox, or Chromium Browsers
For Chromium browsers (Chrome/Edge/Opera/Brave...etc) just click "Add to chrome" on the store page and it'll work on most if not all chromium browsers.
After using the extension, go to the Master Duel game => Main menu => Deck option => The Card database option at the top right corner => locate the deck you exported and copy it

  1. Click here to copy the export code
    2.
  2. Go to Yu-Gi-Oh! Cards DB and click My Deck => Add a Deck
  3. Once the deck page loads click Edit then do one of the following based on the platform your device is running:
    • (PC Only): Press F12 to open the browser console => Paste the export code there => Hit Enter
    • OR (Other platforms/PC): In the address bar of the current tab remove the URL and type "javascript:" without the quotations then paste the export code and hit Enter
  4. Save the deck
  5. Go to the Master Duel game => Main menu => Deck option => The Card database option at the top right corner => locate the deck you exported and copy it

Notes & Combos

This is the list that I did my 5 wins to promo from 19 to max. However, I made many tweaks during the whole climb. The Ghost Belles were a new addition that did not come up during those last 5 games. Other options that I would still experiment with are: HFD + L-Storm, 3-3-3 Frightfur package (over Swamp King), 3x Tragedy, 2x Ariel, 2x Dragon, or 2x Schism. I've also tried other staples/handtraps, but am confident about not running them.

Total record from DLv 5 to max was: 51 wins 28 losses, or 65% winrate. My promo matchups were: 2x Runicks, Tri-Lyri, Twins, and 1 unknown who conceded quickly to my t1 board. Notable matchup records... Branded Despia 6-7. Labrynth 9-2. Runick 6-0. Eldlich 1-2. SwSo 2-1. Floo 0-2. Numeron 1-1. P-Magician 0-1. Ignister 0-1. Ada 1-0. Drytron 1-0.

  • Dec 12, Aluber icon: forced to go 2nd vs Branded Despia.
  • Dec 12, Greed icon: forced to go 2nd vs Swordsoul.
  • Dec 12, Condemned icon: Runick. Good hand that ended on MJ + Schism. Used MJ on my own Apkallone to let it dodge a negate. As usual, Apka stops field spells WITHOUT destroying them.
  • Dec 12, Aluber icon: Labrynth. They opened Dimensional Barrier, then had a 2nd one in the same game.
  • Dec 11, D-Maid icon: Labrynth. Long grind game. I think this is what made me go from 1x Apka to 2x.
  • Dec 10, Kuriboh icon: Umi.
  • Dec 9, Condemned icon: Labrynth. I opened no Branded cards.
