Another Dice Rally event, another Utopia deck... wait a second, what do you mean Xyz monsters are excluded for this occasion? Oh well... time to revise the script for this one, shall we?

For this Dice Rally event, the only ED monsters allowed are Fusions, Synchros and Links, therefore no Xyz related strats permitted here, so it was time to pick something else for a change of pace and I decided to bring C-Link (Cyberse Link) into the fray.

Why C-Link, you may ask? (Embracing the inner Yusaku Fujiki/Playmaker) I got three reasons.

First, the ability to semi-reliably perform at least two of the bonus objectives just by playing the cards.

• Summon a Level 2 or lower monster: Dotscaper, Micro Coder, Link Infra-Flier and EM:P Meowmine (the last two were just to have more "pipsqueak" options/extenders to meet the bonus objective more easily).
• Summon a Dark monster: I have to go through a Dark monster at some point in the combo and two of the endboard pieces are Dark (Terahertz and Accode Talker)
• Destroy an opponent's card: That one I didn't care that much about, but if I had the opportunity to destroy an opponent's card, great, more 150 points at the end of the duel.

Second, the ability to use the freebies to my advantage wasn't wasted here, most monster freebies were used to Link Summon Transcode Talker (only requires effect monsters instead of Cyberse) and on one occasion I could Link summon Almiraj of all things by using a Baby Mudragon. For some odd reason, they either count monster freebies as being normal/special summoned for the purpose of resolving card effects or for meeting summoning requirements... or was probably an oversight, who knows? About spell/trap freebies, I can either play them if they actively benefit me, or just using them as discard fodder for Cynet Mining, Backup @Ignister or Firewall Phantom depending on the situation.

Third, the first option I had, Blackwings was getting unplayable hands the second I got a monster freebie, the sheer amount of times I had Simoon in the opening hand with a monster freebie was getting into my nerves pretty quickly.
