Notes & Combos

Standard combo going for at least Sharakusai + Rank 8 and Psychic End Punisher if possible. Here's the [combo sheet](invalid url) from the Master Duel discord Punk channel's pins. There are other resources there as well so it's worth checking out.

Handtraps and tech cards can be adjusted but here are some notes:

  • Ghost belle did come up against runick
  • I opted to play 2x Cosmic Cyclone because I'm seeing a lot of floodgate runick running around
  • I feel like Nishiwari Surprise was better compared to the negate one since I already run 3 imperm so having imperm along with it feels terrible

Notes for Extra Deck cards:

  • Second Rising Carp didn't come up often but might be useful for grindier games.
  • The link monsters almost never came up. There was only one game where Aussa was summoned to out Iblee lock.
  • Dragite never came up. I thought it would be useful since the carp is water.
  • I opted for Djinn because there was one game I couldn't out an Avramax with Break Sword
