Prerequisites

  • A registered Konami ID linked to your master duel game
  • Must login to Yu-Gi-Oh! Cards DB using the same Konami ID
  • If the Yu-Gi-Oh! DB website asks to login with Game Card ID just click "I don't have a game card ID" and fill some basic information to proceed

Export Guide

- Via the MDM extension (Recommended): Download on Firefox, or Chromium Browsers
For Chromium browsers (Chrome/Edge/Opera/Brave...etc) just click "Add to chrome" on the store page and it'll work on most if not all chromium browsers.
After using the extension, go to the Master Duel game => Main menu => Deck option => The Card database option at the top right corner => locate the deck you exported and copy it

- Manually
  1. Click here to copy the export code
    2.
  2. Go to Yu-Gi-Oh! Cards DB and click My Deck => Add a Deck
  3. Once the deck page loads click Edit then do one of the following based on the platform your device is running:
    • (PC Only): Press F12 to open the browser console => Paste the export code there => Hit Enter
    • OR (Other platforms/PC): In the address bar of the current tab remove the URL and type "javascript:" without the quotations then paste the export code and hit Enter
  4. Save the deck
  5. Go to the Master Duel game => Main menu => Deck option => The Card database option at the top right corner => locate the deck you exported and copy it

Notes & Combos

This is a standard Swordsoul + Tenyi list that is modified a little bit to be able to go into VFD via Halq. O-lion is the only hard-brick, but even then you can use halq to go into Baronne or Chengying. Borreload is there as a follow up after Halq plays in case your opponent breaks your board, you can swap it out for any other swordsoul/tenyi Extra Deck (Berserker, Shaman or Dragite)

You can tech in some P.U.N.K. engine to make Halq easier, but with Ecclesia + Adhara at 3 and Effect Veiler / Ash, it was consistent enough for me.

Halq -> VFD line:

  1. Halq -> Deskbot -> Auroradon -> Deskbot + 3 token -> Auroradon + 1 token -> O-lion
  2. O-lion + 1 Token -> Garden Rose + O-lion Token
  3. Garden Rose + Deskbot -> Coral Dragon + 1 Token -> Croco (Draw 2)
  4. Activate Garden Rose GY -> Coral Dragon + 1 Token -> Shenshen
  5. Shenshen + Croco -> VFD ( optional: you can pop with Coral or Croco effect if you can afford the discards)
