Prerequisites

  • A registered Konami ID linked to your master duel game
  • Must login to Yu-Gi-Oh! Cards DB using the same Konami ID
  • If the Yu-Gi-Oh! DB website asks to login with Game Card ID just click "I don't have a game card ID" and fill some basic information to proceed

Export Guide

- Via the MDM extension (Recommended): Download on Firefox, or Chromium Browsers
For Chromium browsers (Chrome/Edge/Opera/Brave...etc) just click "Add to chrome" on the store page and it'll work on most if not all chromium browsers.
After using the extension, go to the Master Duel game => Main menu => Deck option => The Card database option at the top right corner => locate the deck you exported and copy it

  1. Click here to copy the export code

  2. Go to Yu-Gi-Oh! Cards DB and click My Deck => Add a Deck
  3. Once the deck page loads click Edit then do one of the following based on the platform your device is running:
    • (PC Only): Press F12 to open the DevTools window => Navigate to the Console tab in the window => Paste the export code => Hit Enter
    • OR (Other platforms/PC): In the address bar of the current tab remove the URL and type "javascript:" without the quotations then paste the export code, then if you're on mobile look for the *globe* icon and tap on it to run the code (Chrome only), for PC users just hit enter.
  4. The deck will save automatically
  5. Go to the Master Duel game => Main menu => Deck option => The Card database option at the top right corner => locate the deck you exported and copy it

Notes & Combos

Standard 2-card combo:

  • Misc/Baby, Baby/Ovi, Ovi/Misc and Archo/Baby all make the standard 2-card combo.
  • Ends in Archo + Ovi + Giant Rex + Baby

Nibiru-proofed combo:

  • From the standard 2-card Dino combo, make sure baby is under the EMZ.
  • Make Linkuriboh, then Reprodocus using Giant Rex
  • Pill for UCT, revive Giant Rex from banish
  • Make Dolkka with Rex & Ovi
  • Change baby to Winged Beast and make Simorgh/end turn Avian
  • End Board = UCT + Simorgh + Apex Avian + Dolkka

Alternate plays:

  • can trade Giant Rex in the standard combo for Therizia, to make Elf + Dolkka + UCT + set Frenzy. It generally feels weaker to me but if you lose Giant Rex for whatever reason, you can make this.

Greedy plays:

  • if you drew Giant Rex, or double Baby Misc (3 card combo) to search Giant Rex, you can summon Therizia from the standard combo to set a Frenzy.
  • bait with Gamma. If successful you get a free 2 counter Borreload Savage Dragon (you have to make Simorgh before Dolkka, breaking Nibiru-proofing)

Matchup tips going 1st:

  • Branded: ED can't out Rexterm, except hard-drawing Super Poly. Wait for normal summon Aluber to avoid Albaz-Poly. Rexterm can't nuke it in time.
  • Swordsoul: ED can't out Rexterm, but beware of Vishuda from hand.
  • Floodgate Runick: Summon Laggia if you suspect Runick (if they lack hand trap responses) but Dolkka works too. No real counter to this deck unfortunately. Save your negates/hand traps for Flashing Fire/Freezing Curses/Fountain.
  • Spright: as soon as they normal summon 1 monster, UCT flip. This usually locks Sprights from summoning more from hand. Or summon Rexterm and nuke to 1000LP ASAP (stops Elf/Gigantic Effects).
  • Mathmech: flip em face down after Circular or sit on 2000LP with Rexterm. Let them set Superfactorial, it doesn't do anything cos you bring back Apex Avian to counter it.

Match tips going 2nd:

  • Runick: pray you hard drew Imperm+HFD
  • Everything else: pray for Misc. You can do (almost) anything if you have Misc

Variations:

  • More Ash/Maxx C over Ghost girl + Gamma package. Ash/Maxx C was getting CBTG/Crossed Out all the time so I experimented with other hand traps.
  • Add Overtex when Runick matchups become frequent. 2 spell negates tends to stop them easily.
  • Can drop the Dinomorphia package for more hand traps/Droplets/board wipes/Small World/whatever you like
  • I removed Accesscode Talker cos I ran out of room. People scoop by the time I Unicorn anyway... you're welcome to add it back lol
