DINOSORE proudly presents:

"Chipi Chipi Chapa Chapa" Purrely

Below is my previous description of this deck.

---

  • Tilted by that big ol' C and its younger cousins the Mulcharmy handtraps?
  • Think Purrely's too boring and wanna try a new twist on it?
  • Just enjoy "drawing the out" and breaking boards?

This new take on Purrely might be what you're looking for... instead of trying to draw 4 handtraps and getting handtrapped into oblivion yourself, this deck dares your opponent to commit everything onto their field and immediately renders it invalid!

Some of your Epurrely monsters have really neat board-breaking capabilites that aren't often explored because people either spam you with handtraps or scoop if you draw too much! For instance, Mini Noir, while known for setting your Trap from deck, can also bounce 2 of your opponent's cards. Beauty can leverage both the Pretty eat and the negate at the same time.

And Mini Happiness is a beast in this build -- not only can it bounce your opponent's backrow, when attacking into monsters, this thing lets you go upwards of around +2, even more if you manage to make a crash play! If your opponent isn't straight up OTK'd by Delicious and/or you used Dark Ruler to help you break the board, plop a Mega Noir or a Zeus on it in main 2 and put yourself in a really good position (also something you couldn't really do in going 1st!)

In my opinion, the best part of this deck is messing with your opponent when you win the coinflip: if they're unaware and make something like a Fucho in defense position -- which would work against the Tenpai they're probably expecting -- your Happiness will love to bump into that and give you a ton of cards in the process! Also, your flavour of Droplet doesn't cost cards in hand, so going wide results in a huge punish.

Why not give this unique take on Purrely a shot and see how it goes? You might even accidentally force Tenpai to go first....

This is version 2!

Lightning Storm is a bit more versatile than Red Reboot, and to use it in the face of opposing omnis, I've also added good ol' Santa Claws, one of the funniest cards ever. This is a defense position Kaiju giving you a scratching post for Happiness and Zeus without locking your normal like Lava Golem (I prefer having my normal, it gives more options in the face of backrow).

I've also cut to 1 Lyeap since you're not aiming to set traps in blind 2nd.
